Known limitation: prices in the checks before signing
Section titled “Known limitation: prices in the checks before signing”Prices you see come from CoinMarketCap’s snapshot where Smartable has one, and from the wallet’s own on-chain price engine for the rest. The three checks that decide what you sign — the swap’s market-value comparison, the spend limit and the bridge fee ceiling — use the on-chain engine only, and it does not price every asset. Where it has no price:
- the swap review shows “Market value difference: Not checked” and neither warns nor refuses on value — check the amounts yourself;
- the spend limit treats the asset as not small and asks you;
- a bridge route that charges a fee in the coin on top is not offered.
A missing price is never taken from another source and never treated as zero.
